The helium valve is a safety valve. When decompressing after a dive, helium can dosed out of the case of a diver's watch. Without a helium valve, decompression from greater depths could knock off the watch glass due to overpressure from the watch. L2 Deep Red Dial
The color gradient on the dial pulls the look into the depth of the clock and makes the deep red mysterious in the effect. But it also ensures the readability of the dial in diffuse light situations and with great movement. Caliber ETA 28.24-2

When it comes to water, it's extremely luxurious to always see the time no matter when and how you need it. The designer Fabian Schwaerzler not only relied on the best Superluminova readability. He rigorously reduced the dial for readability. In this reduction lies the whole power of the L2. And if many dials fail, the L2 is still reliably legible. 1

To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the original knitwear company @warmandwonderful revitalised by Rowing Blazers.
Limited to 45 pieces, the ‘Black Sheep’ edition fits most wrists with its 39mm case, traditionally used in the brand’s Classic collection and tennis-inspired Rallymaster series. It is powered by a Swiss Landeron automatic movement and comes with not one, but two two-piece stretch textile straps specially developed for Maurice de Mauriac – one black and one white, both with a red centre line, which can be worn according to the wearer’s mood or style.
