Since you have decided on a watch and would like to know when and how the watch will we be sent to you, then let us briefly look at what is involved.
We send our watches worldwide with UPS.
Shipping of a new watch
You will receive two shipments from us. The first includes the watch itself, which will be sent in a special transport packaging in order to provide the highest level of protection for the watch. The second shipment contains the Maurice de Mauriac storage box and the accompanying documents.
Shipping takes between 3 and 7 days (depending on the country being shipped to).
In order to track your shipment(s) as well as the probable delivery date, we will also send you a tracking number.
Free Shipment costs for a watch
The shipment of a watch costs usually CHF 79.00 (Swiss Francs, sent by UPS courier). However, we have decided to offer the shipment free of charge.
This also applies to the shipment within Switzerland, which normally would cost CHF 25.00 (Swiss Francs, sent by Swiss Post).
Free Delivery within Zurich with our Defender
With our rustic Landy, we pick up watches from you for revisions or repairs, because now we have plenty of time to get them done quickly. Your beloved watch will only be with us for a short time. With the Landy, we also bring you a new watch or a watch selection from us, so that you can choose in peace. We meet at your home, at work, at your favorite place in Zurich or wherever we find it best together.
Costs for accessories and watch straps
If the value of goods is below CHF 250.00, the shipment costs will be CHF 12.00 worldwide, within Switzerland CHF 8.00.
We offer a 24-month warranty since we work only with the best material and carefully choose our suppliers.
Since each watch is individually made to order, in the case that you decide to return your watch, we normally only offer store credit or exchange the watch for one of equal value. However, we have decided to offer you a free return within 14 days after receiving it. This means that we refund you after receiving the watch and making a check-up. If the watch is not returned in the same state as we have shipped it out, we reserve the right to offset the costs to repair it.
VAT and Taxes
The online shop is available for end consumers only. Prices indicated will include taxes, unless specified otherwise. For each order that is placed on our website, an invoice will be issued. This document will be sent to the customer in a file attached to the shipping confirmation email.
