Chrono – the darker the brighter
Superluminova is a phosphorescent phosphor and free of radioactive additives. Superluminova is a hundred times brighter than other inactive luminescent pigments. When the luminescent pigments have been excited by daylight or artificial light, they release the absorbed light energy over several hours in the dark. This gives the watch extremely good legibility even in the dark.ETA 7750 Movement
After the takeover by ETA, the Valjoux 7750 was re-named the calibre ETA 7750. This is quite possibly the most successful automatic chronograph movement of all time. The calibre stands out due to its high degree of accuracy and robustness. It has 25 stones, a ball bearing mounted rotor and a uni-directional winding mechanism. The 7750 has a 1/8-second counter, a 30-minute counter, a 12-hour counter, 28,800 half oscillations per minute and has a power reserve of ca. 44 hours. The loss of accuracy is 1-6 seconds per day. Movement revisions are recommended every 3 to 8 yearsTOP Execution

Every company has the mystique of its first employee, its first premises, its first product. The Chrono Modern is the founding mystique that has become a watch. It was the first "real" Maurice de Mauriac. What was revolutionary at the time was the dial designed by Daniel Dreifuss, which we now call the 0510 dial. The numbers from 0 to 55, rather than 1 to 12, indicated the time. The minutes are more important than the hours. An expression of the agility of its wearers. Since women also love this potent statement of time on their arms.

To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the original knitwear company @warmandwonderful revitalised by Rowing Blazers.
Limited to 45 pieces, the ‘Black Sheep’ edition fits most wrists with its 39mm case, traditionally used in the brand’s Classic collection and tennis-inspired Rallymaster series. It is powered by a Swiss Landeron automatic movement and comes with not one, but two two-piece stretch textile straps specially developed for Maurice de Mauriac – one black and one white, both with a red centre line, which can be worn according to the wearer’s mood or style.
