SAS Züri Cup
What does a club of academics who ski do? Skiing! What do they do when they've been skiing for 100 years? An anniversary watch. With us!
In 2023, we supported the SAS Züri Cup. On this occasion, Massimo and Leonard heard about the anniversary of the Swiss Academic Ski Club. The shared experience left them with shared wishes. At some point, an anniversary watch was everyone's wish.
The fact that the members behind SAS and the members behind MDM fit together perfectly can be seen at first glance from this photo. There is even a certain resemblance to the idea of the watch.
The spirit of the clubs, the love of snow and the mountains and the value of the anniversary were to become a watch worthy of the occasion. Alix and Sébastien, President and Vice President Events of the Club, accompanied the creation process.

No matter which photo we took in the snow with the members of SAS, the watch always looked like it was made for that exact moment!

Promoting young people is one of the best things you can do. Now youth development also looks outrageously good: 20% of the price of the anniversary watch will be invested in youth development at the SAS!
Our classic Chrono Modern, a chronograph, is the basis of the watch, which is limited to just 100 watches. We have individualized the watch extensively. The chronograph is academically clear, a cool beauty. And then you discover the small, iconic skier circling the watch in red - press start. The bezel glistens like mountains in the snow. And every Saturday, on Racing Day, the SAS logo appears in the daily display. On race day and whenever you don't want to miss a start, the visual countdown helps, counting down from 10 to 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. The watch is as individual as the club, its history and its members.

We also open a pop-up boutique on the wildest race tracks. Incidentally, the idea for this watch was born on one such occasion.
The commitment that the SAS and MDM associate with this watch is as impressive as the watch itself. 20% of the purchase price of each watch will benefit the SAS's youth work. We are delighted to be able to be of great help to young skiers.
