Mr Fabian Schwaerzler is the man to thank for Maurice de Mauriac‘s ‘L1’ watch – he says it’s one of the designs he’s most proud of, and we can see why. This reference has a stainless steel case with a black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating that’s abrasion- and scratch-resistant – it’s also anti-allergenic because it’s applied by vacuum. The 10 bar water resistance means it can be worn while washing your hands, showering and even swimming.

The cases for automatic watches are 12 mm tall and have a crown. The crown offers good grip and precise turning, thereby making adjustments to the watch very easy. The watch is water resistant to 10 ATM.
