In good times, there are many supporters.
In bad times, unfortunately, there are often not enough. This is particularly common in sport. We are different – and that is why we have become sponsors of GC AMICITIA. MDM is now the club's official timekeeper and has also taken on the patronage of number 96, Alex Besek.
Leonard himself played for GC AMICITIA Handball for ten years and still has an emotional connection to the club today. It was his idea to help the club with what Maurice de Mauriac does best: watches.
And so the GCA Supporter Watch was born!
Philip Hohl, president of the club, thinks the watch is "simply fantastic because it is something truly unique for Switzerland and Zurich, looks great – and helps". It helps because the entire purchase price (minus our production costs) goes directly to supporting the youngest NLA team.
As a small family business, we know all too well what it feels like to be the underdog – which is why we are all the more committed to promoting the club and handball in Zurich. An old love has thus become a new passion.
