The first watch that could speak Swiss German was our Züri-Date. And it was the people of Zug and Zug enthusiasts who asked us directly whether there would soon be a Zug-Date. There is. Now!
In Zug, the days are called Mäntig, Zischtig, Mittwuch, Donnschtig, Fritig, Samschtig, Sunntig. Only the ‘o’ in Donnschtig distinguishes the Zug-Date from the Züri-Date. But that's exactly what matters. In this detail lies the loving dedication to the city of Zug, its people and language culture.
Zug through and through!
The fact that the Zug-Date is purebred Zug can also be recognised by who is bringing it to Zug with us. The King of Kirsch, Gabriel Etter, who stands for the world-famous Zuger Kirsch, and Silvio Bischof, who runs the largest concept store in Central Switzerland in Zug - LesDeux Men. LesDeux Men epitomises the style and lifestyle of many Zug residents and the high standards that Zug residents have in life. In co-operation with a Zug watchmaker, LesDeux naturally offers all the usual services associated with the Zug-Date.

The first 20 Zug-Date will receive a limited edition of Zuger Kirsch from the Kirsch King. All others will receive a classic bottle of Zuger Kirsch with their watch. You can buy the Zug-Date in the Concept Store Les Deux, in our Atelier in Zurich and of course via our webshop. After all, Zug is not only home, but also a place of longing or a reminder of times in the city for many from afar.
The Zug-Date is available in 39 and 35 mm case sizes. Great watch sizes for a unisex watch that can also be worn very well by young people.
The colour of Zug is blue. The dial of the Zug-Date is also blue, of course.The second colour of the dial is red. A beautiful red, as you would expect from MdM, the colour thinkers.

The movement of the Zug-Date is no diva, but reliable Swiss quality for many years - the automatic movement ETA 28.34-2 TOP. The date is magnified via a magnifying glass on the sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The case, milled from solid 316 L stainless steel, is 11 millimetres high.
If there is anything about this watch that is not a train, it is Switzerland - and therefore also a train.
